HESS Céline - Fashion and Luxury Management Department
Celine HESS is a lawyer specialised in contract and responsibility law working in the Paris courts. She is closely involved with the Management and Media worlds and in particular with Fashion and Luxury. She often takes part in conferences and gives further education classes on her subject. She lectures at Mod’Art in the Fashion and Luxury Management Department on Intellectual and Artistic property rules and regulations, author’s rights and new technology rules, etc.
Celine HESS is also author of several books on the same theme; “Le droit à l’image” published by DE VECCHI and “le droit des médias et de la communication” published by VUIBERT.
