BARATIER Christophe - Management
Christophe Baratier qualified in the Management of Human Resources followd by an MBA from ESCP-EAP both completed by 15 years’ experience in Consultancy and Management of Human Resources specialising in the Luxury products area and their Distribution networks. He particularly set up the role of Human Resources in many of the Luxury groups, as well as providing advice and reorganisation programmes. After 11years working in the YSL group, since 2001, Christophe Baratier has handled, as a specialist in the field, numerous complex projects leading to the change and organisation of human resources in Europe.
Active member of the Education Concept Committee of Mod’Art International, especially for the programmes Mode & Business (equivalent to the 3rd year programme in Fashion Management and DU Marketing and Business Management in Fashion and Luxury products (a 4th year programme) He gives classes in the following subjects : Seminars in the How the World of Fashion and Luxury goods is run, Organisation and running of a Fashion house, Fashion careers particularly in the Luxury sector and the know how necessary to succeed, Personel Management…
