The Milliner, Tokyo, Japan : designer hats in Tokyo created with Parisian know-how

Miss Akiko Shimizu, past student from Mod’Art design department prize winner of several milliner’s competitions in Paris (2nd prize for the Arc de Triomphe 2006, 1st prize for St Catherine 2006), today creates exceptional models in Tokyo. Her hat collections are distributed in many ‘boutiques’ in Japan.
She also teaches the technicalities of millinery with the Parisian flare and know-how learnt from her days in Mod’Art’s design department.
