Italian manufacturer of Luxury Leatherwear in visit at Mod’Art International Paris

Mod’Art International Management and Design students were a priviledged audience during SIMONE POLVERINI ‘s (President of Arte della Pelle in Florence) visit to the school.
Renowned manufacturer of luxury leatherwear for many important international brands he showed the fascinated students the different stages of manufacturing a handbag from the prototype to delivery.
His visit underlines the strong interest Mod’Art International has for the leatherwear sector which remains the most profitable of the luxury and fashion trade.
Mr Polverini’s visit to the Paris school follows the warm reception in Florence when a group of 4th year Mod’Art Management students visited his factory during their seminar week in Italy.
The tour of the factory in Florence was to illustrate the organisation of small specialised leatherwear craftsmen who have made Italy the centre of the luxury leatherwear trade today.
